ABOUT ME

A bit of history

From a very young age, my life was linked to art. At 6 years old I was already part of a children's choir, at 7 I started singing lessons, then musical theatre, dance and acting. I got my degree, trained and worked as a lawyer and University Professor. However, something was missing, something that I could be passionate about and that filled my soul. That something was Cooking, yes! another art that has been present in my life since I was born.

Gastronomy and I have a long history. In my home, we always cooked. With my grandma Luisa I learned to open the fridge or the pantry and with whatever there was, create the most delicious recipes. With my mother I learned order, discipline, and precision. She made the best cakes for every birthday, the best Christmas dinners and together with my brother we made pizzas every Saturday! With my father I learned the importance of simplicity and the wonderfulness of the basics: lighting the fire, learning to fish or choosing the right cut or veggie. With my grandpa Tomás I connected with my Italian roots and the purity of the ingredients.

As I grew up, I was self-taught, I always enjoyed going to markets, discovering new ingredients, making recipes over and over again. Until one day, I decided to study at the Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía. There I graduated as a Bachelor in Culinary Arts and also an specialist in Charcuterie and Haute Cuisine.

I began to deepen my knowledge of the Culinary Arts. I worked in several restaurants in Argentina and even in Spain for a while. I started in the Pastry area and increasingly delved into Cuisine. I began to relate my previous knowledge to art, and even to law, and to apply it to become an increasingly well-rounded professional. Over time, I became interested in having a broader vision of the business and started providing consultancy.

What If I tell you that...

“The key to fulfilling your dreams and achieving your goals is to always take one more step to achieve it, no matter if it is big or very small, just don't stand by and watch it happen from the outside or for others.”
